Sophia Centurione RMT graduated from Georgian College Massage Therapy program in August 2016 and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO) since October 2017. Sophia believes in providing treatments with a combination of relaxation and focused tissue manipulation in order to improve and maintain a clients wellness. Providing each and every client with an individual treatment and treatment plan to reach their therapeutic goals. Taking the skills that she learned from her program at Georgian College and her passion for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Sophia aims to provide each client with the skills to maintain a positive level of self-care. Sophia is enthusiastic about working with clients of all ages, and to continue learning skills to improve her practice.
